Dr. Lori Campbell is a strategic partner for Mullen Leadership Recruitment who is counted on for Diversity and Inclusion expertise and consulting. She has worked in the diversity, human rights, and equity fields since 1985, and holds a B.Ed., an M.Ed. in Adult and Continuing Education, and a PhD in Educational Administration and Leadership.
Lori's career has included progressive leadership opportunities in both the private and post-secondary sectors. She led the inaugural Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (ATEP) at the University of Alberta, and implemented a company-wide Diversity and Inclusion strategy for Enbridge for both Canada and the United States. She founded the Edmonton Business Diversity Network and was named one the Top 10 Influential Women in Diversity and Human Resources in Canada by Diversity Canada Magazine in 2015.
A lover of music, Lori enjoys all styles of live performances, especially jazz and blues. In her free time she can be found raising her voice in song as a member of Edmonton’s Vocal Alchemy choir. When not enjoying time at the cabin or playing bridge with friends, Lori also volunteers with ElderDog.
